Shipping & Returns

 

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Community Computer Alliance, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange or a refund if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). All expedited shipping, handling and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, minimum $6.95. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the Community Computer Alliance dealer warranty period. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Community Computer Alliance are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

1 Year Warranty:

We offer a 1 year warranty on all hardware issues for our computers (Laptops, Monitors and all other items sold have a 30 day warranty) beginning on the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Community Computer Alliance, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.

It is our goal to provide you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please contact our customer service department. If your problem cannot be resolved by our service department, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us.

Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Removing the “warranty VOID if removed” sticker automatically voids the warranty.

 

Returns:

We provide free return shipping for any computer or laptop not working properly within the first 10 days of arrival. After 10 days buyers are responsible for shipping fees for any malfunctioning items within warranty past the first ten days. RMA numbers will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any concerns that you may have.

All returns must include all original items undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging unless instructed otherwise by our customer service department. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping

when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

If product is ordered by Noon it will be ready for pickup or delivery the following weekday. If not ordered by Noon please allow for two weekdays for local pickup and delivery.
